The site tourjoy.com is basically a medium of information which helps to gather travel related information like determining the availability of travel related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes.

     There are some terms and conditions of this site. The user of this site is agreed to this terms and conditions no matter which purpose the user is visiting the site. The user may review information or booking purpose or any other purposes. Whatever the purpose is the user is agreed with the terms and conditions. If the user is not agreed with the terms and conditions or any parts of thje it, he/she may not use the site and may not avail any kinds of services provided by this site. We have full rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time and without any prior notice. The amended terms and conditions will automatically effect immediately. The users further continuation to use the site after the amendment means he/she accept the changes. Please stay updated to be informed about the changes.

We emphasize on the protection of the information shared by our valued clients and put reasonable effort on technical and administrative measure to ensure the security of the personal information.     General Disclaimer

     Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t act as a principle entity rather it is a medium between the clients and the vendors. It makes an arrangement with third party vendors, such as but not limited to visa processing agencies, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, hospitals, the authorities that provides approval for omrah.

     By using this site, you recognized that the offered rates are a result of the negotiation between Tourjoy and the vendors. This rates includes certain fees retained by them for their services, taxes and other charges. You are authorizing Tourjoy Ltd. as your representatives whiling booking with any travel supplier through this site.

     Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t have any liability for misconceptions or imprecision on the site, or failure of vendors from whom you avail the services through this site. Tourjoy Ltd. while providing the services, doesn’t validate, pledge and insure the services which are provided by the external suppliers, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss as a result of the financial condition of such suppliers. If the supplier couldn’t manage to provide the services to you, your claim to refund shall be to the default supplier, unless the loss was caused solely by Tourjoy Ltd. If such situation happens where the supplier defaults prior to providing the services you may pursue any legal right to demand compensation or payment from the supplier as permitted law or statute.

     It is explicitly stated that, Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t have any responsibility for activities related to the services beyond the control of Tourjoy Ltd. Tourjoy Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any suppliers. Tourjoy Ltd. is not responsible for any undulation in price or changes in schedule and/or accommodation. Any cancellation, overbooking, delay, re-routing, strike, any weather occurrence or governmental occurrence is not in our control therefore Tourjoy Ltd. is not liable for such occurrences. Tourjoy Ltd. performs as a medium vendors and consumers doesn’t bear any liability for the actions of suppliers.

     In case of international travel, currency conversion or rates could be a vital issue on which Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t have any control. Currency value changes could make the international travel more costly for which Tourjoy Ltd. is not liable.

     As Tourjoy Ltd. acts as a medium it has fewer control over the whole process so once certain travel reservations are made and paid, the payment may be absolutely non-refundable or there may ba penalty involved in cancellation or a refund from the supplier. Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t have proper control on the price which printed on the ticket, some tickets may have bulk price on them, and some may have special price on them which may differ from the regular price. There are some discount issue in some occasions. Discounts depends on various issues like airline utilized, class of service, destination, time of year, advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled and flight load.

     The consumer makes a contract with the supplier by booking with us and therefore some additional T&C may apply. By booking through us the consumer hereby admits to follow all the T&C of purchase imposed by the vendors including, but not limited to payments of all amounts when it is due and all the required compliance issues with the Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Sometimes some travel suppliers may demand to present a credit card or cash deposit while check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during the visit. This payment doesn’t have any relation with the payment received by Tourjoy Ltd. The consumer must understand that any violation of rules and regulations imposed by the supplier may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

    Release

     If the client use this site to avail any services from Tourjoy Ltd., the client consciously waive any claim against Tourjoy Ltd. and any of its officers, directors, managers, agents, contractors and employees. Tourjoy and its related parties shall not be liable for:

      Any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any travel supplier;

      Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter;

      Any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or changes in fares and rates;

      Any cancellation or double-booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of supplier .

     Any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation services, products or other features performed (or not) or occurring (or not) in connection with your itinerary.

     The respective airlines may change schedule, cancel the flight or may take any other decision based on the necessity of the situation and Tourjoy Ltd. is not liable for such circumstances.

     Indemnification

     By using this site and availing any services through this site, the consumer agrees to indemnify Tourjoy Ltd., its respective suppliers, any of its officers, directors, managers, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or any other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by

      You or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above provided that such limitation of liability is permitted by the law of your state of residence;

      By third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, notices or documents referenced on the Site;

      Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

      Your use of the Site.

     Emancipation:

     It is presume that the consumer emancipate Tourjoy Ltd. and its respective officers, directors, managers, agents and employees arising from any dispute with any travel product or services, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, medical or any other services. It is also expected that the consumer also release us, and its respective officers, directors, managers, agents and employees from claims, demands and damages (direct, indirect, incidental and consequential) of every kinds of nature, known an unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.

    Protection of Your Financials:

    Tourjoy Ltd. confirms that the Nominated Charge Card or Nominated Co-Branding Charge Card will not use without proper consent from the clients. To validate the information like clients name, address and card number supplied by the client, can be shared with the third party database during the booking process. As the clients is accepting the T&C, we are taking it as your authorization to take part of such verification process. For the purpose of this verification, your recognize that such personal information may be disclosed and used to a registered Credit Card Payment Gateway Agency and they may keep a record of such information in whole or in part. This verification process is done just to confirm your identity.

    Ticket purchase Using the Site

    It is assume that the user of this site is at least 18 years of age and the earned the legal right to get involved into an agreement and to use the Site in accordance with all Terms & Conditions herein. If the user of this site go through this site and make reservation and booking for another person, we are taking it as if the user will inform the actual beneficiary about the Terms & Conditions that are apply to the travel reservations and bookings including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto and these Terms & Conditions. The user must be financially responsible for using this site as well as for use of your account by others. If any person under your control or your direction make any reservation or make any booking, then you must be responsible for that. You also must accept that all information supplied by you or on behalf of you using this site is true, current, complete and accurate. Furthermore, you also confirm that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor. Without proper explanation or without justified limitation, any kinds of exploratory, speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

    It is believe that whenever you are using the site which has the feature to upload materials to the site or has the opportunity to make contact with the other user of the site, you understand ad comply with the applicable laws and the best standards of the internet courtesy and behavior. The authority of this site has the full right to use, copy, store, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose as all the materials your uploaded to this site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. If any third party claims that you uploaded any materials that violets their intellectual property rights or of their rights to privacy, we have full right to share this materials to that third party. We will not take any responsibility for any information posted by you or any other user suing your account. If any materials goes against the Terms & Conditions of this site, we have the right to remove such materials.

    Choice of Forum or Forum Selection Clause

    This Terms & Condition and the rights of the parties hereby shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of Bangladesh, particularly conflict or choice of law rules. You must accept that if nothing else is settled mutually by the parties in writing or as otherwise described in the Mandatory Arbitration provision below, any claims shall be brought in a court located in Dhaka City, People’s Republic of Bangladesh. if nothing else is prohibited by applicable law, any Claim must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which such Claim arose or accrued.

    Inappropriate Assertion

    Any assertion brought by the clients must be according to the Resolving Disagreements/Dispute section. Any assertion which is not comply with this section shall be considered as inappropriate filed assertion. If assertion is inappropriately filed either by you or us, the other party may seek for a financial demurrage of up to BDT 100,000 as attorney fee and other costs. Before the claim of financial demurrage the other party must notify in writing of the inappropriately assertion and received fifteen days to withdraw such assertion, fails to do so.

    Formally Restricted Actions

    It is assumed that the user of this site utilize this site and avail any kinds of services for the purpose of legal reservations and purchase either by him/her or for another person for whom he/she is authorized to do so. We are keeping our close eyes on the activities of the user of this site and any overuse or abusive activities of any travel related services of this site may result in you being denied access to such facilities. In such circumstances you may not use this site for any commercial purpose for a certain period or for permanently. It is also assumed that you agreed that, you will not access, monitor or copy any content or information of this site using robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our written permission. You agree that you will not violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Site, or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Site. You agree you will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, content, graphics, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Site or call center. You agree you will not use a frame or border environment around the Site, or other framing technique to enclose any portion or aspect of the Site, or mirror or replicate any portion of the Site, and that you will not sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any portion of the Site in any form to any third parties. You agree you will not use any device, software, or routine that interferes, or attempts to interfere, with the normal operation of our Site, or take any action that impose an unreasonable load on our equipment. You will not disguise the origin of the information you transmit through the Site, whether to navigate the Site, make a travel reservation or booking, or post any content. It is strictly prohibited to misapply this site knowing or unknowing by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other materials which is malicious, offensive, defamatory or technologically harmful. It is also not permitted of any attempt of gaining unauthorized access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

    You must not attempt to make any other types of cyber-attacks like denial-of service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack etc. Tourjoy Ltd. will not take any responsibility if any loss or damage happens due to the distribution of denial-of-service attack, virus, other harmful technological harmful materials or any other cyber-attack that may infect the computer equipment’s, computer programs, data or any other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

    Tourjoy Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your account with us and discontinue your use of the site for a specific period of time or for permanently.

    Booking Procedure

    For your convenience, our use of the following terms in these Terms & Conditions shall have the meaning below:

    "Service Element" - - a singular product or service listed on the Site that can be booked independently of any other service. (e.g.: car, hotel, flight).

    "Travel Supplier" - a vendor of one or more Service Elements. (e.g.: hotels, car suppliers, airlines). Tourjoy Ltd. does not act as principal but makes arrangements with third-party vendor Travel Suppliers for Service Elements, all as defined above.

    "Booking" - a negotiation process with the Travel Supplier carried out by you while using this Site for the purpose of obtaining one or more Service Elements that may result in a contract with the Travel Supplier at the time we receive full payment and accept your offer.

    In order to complete a Booking the following steps are taken to ensure its validity:

    The total booking process takes few steps to complete. Here are to steps that need to follow to ensure the validity: You have to press “Booking” button on the payment page. Otherwise you will not make the services that we offer on the site. As soon as you press “Booking”, you agreed to make an offer to us for purchasing the services (which cannot be withdrawn if you change your mind) from the suppliers and in such circumstances we are allowed to accept your offer on behalf of the suppliers or to reject it at our own circumspection. Receiving an email is just an acceptance of your offer though we do not take as the contractual acceptance of the booking. We will the check the availability of the service.

    The contract pertaining to the relevant Booking is formed when payment in full has been received if the relevant service is available until then. The contract between the client and the supplier will be valied only when the relevant number will match with each other. Booking terms like price, availability, date of travel etc are not confirmed until the contract is made and the ticket is has been issued or the reservation has been made by the suppliers. After the completion of the process any change such as name or destination, should be according to the terms and condition and in our sole discretion.

    Each services provided by Tourjoy Ltd. has different suppliers and they have different terms and conditions. Their terms and conditions are not relevant to our terms and conditions. These Booking processes will apply to any of our individual Service Element's Terms & Conditions set out below. The airline ticket Terms & Conditions, the hotel Terms & Conditions, the car rental Terms & Conditions, the attractions and services Terms & Conditions supplement any area not covered by the Booking process. We have the right to change the booking process at any time which will take effect immediately after the change has been taken place.

    You are instructed to carry your government issued ID card. It is required for security checks at different places. Airports, hotels, hospitals and different other authorities from different nations verify the ID card for security purposes.

    If the clients are denied, delayed or deported due to no-fulfillment of the above, he/she won’t be entitled for any refunds and Tourjoy Ltd. will not take any responsibility or liability for that. Besides this clients must agree with few more issues like- Government entry/exit fees may apply, depending on the destination. It is an additional fee with the booking charge. As the entity has the right to make any correction. If this happens and the price increased, you will be given an opportunity to either cancel the Booking or allow Tourjoy Ltd. to collect an amount equal to any increase in price from your provided credit or debit card, prior to your departure. Your Booking will be fulfilled on the delivery date set out in your ticket information email or, if no delivery date is specified, then on the date the ticket is issued, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

    The terms of this agreement incorporate by reference the terms of each airline's contract of carriage. Passengers may inspect the full text of the contract of carriage at each airline's airport or city ticket offices. Passengers have the right, upon request to the airlines, to receive free of charge by mail or other delivery service the full text of the contract of carriage. The incorporated terms of the contract of carriage may include: (1) Limits on the airline's liability for personal injury or death of passengers, and for loss, damage, or delay of goods and baggage, including fragile or perishable goods; (2) Claim restrictions, including time periods within which passengers must file a claim or bring an action against the airline for its acts or omissions or those of its agents; (3) Rights of the airline to change terms of the contract; (4) Rules about reconfirmation of reservations, check-in times, and refusal to carry; (5) Rights of the airline and limitations concerning delay or failure to perform service, including schedule changes, substitution of alternate airline or aircraft and rerouting.

    Policies for Pricing and other Fees

    The price offered by Tourjoy Ltd. included all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise in your ticket information email or in these Terms & Conditions. Additional fuel surcharges, security, baggage, seat reservation, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service charges may apply which will be charged by the relevant Travel Supplier at time of check-in. Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t bear any responsibility for any additional charges imposed by the suppliers. The offered price in the web site or any other place doesn’t includeany additional flight fuel surcharge or any other surcharge imposed by the suppliers. All the additional charges belongs to the clients.

    Before the end of the booking process, full payment should be completed using nominated debit or credit card. All the major debit and credit cards with a variable billing address are accepted by Tourjoy Ltd. By allowing his/her cards the clients hereby authorized Tourjoy Ltd. and its third party to process the charge to the credit or debit card.

    The clients are requested to keep the credit or debit card with him at the time of check-in in hotels and/or in the hospitals or any other places in travel. It is necessary for the confirmation of the authorized card usages and/or to secure the additional charges.

    We always try to protect our customers. To protect our customers we need to go through different verification process. Checking the billing address, credit card verification number etc. are the part of this verification process. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change and reservation is not confirmed. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. The currency rates on our site are based on various sources and are provided as a guideline only. The provider of the account you pay with may use an alternative currency rate which you are responsible for confirming.

    Changes After Confirmation

    After the completion of the booking, we do not allow to make any change like change in date or name. Tourjoy Ltd. does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer's request or supplier's schedule changes. It is subject to airline fare rules. Prior to your form of payment being processed and accepted successfully, if there is a change in the price of air fare or any other change, you may be notified of this change and only upon such notification you have the right to either accept or decline this transaction. If you elect to decline this transaction, you will not be charged.

    Cancellation and Interchange Policy

    We do not allow any cash refund. All of our airline tickets are completely non-refundable. Some airlines allow cancellations. In such cases refund is not made in cash but a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. Usually the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. You can discuss with the customer service agent the additional restrictions attached to your ticket. In case of such opportunity where cancellation is permitted you have to cancel it before the schedule departure time of the flight by calling our customer service agent. We are not permitted to provide any confirmation for cancellation. If your cancellation is granted and allowed to use the credit for future ticket, you will be required to the pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties and our post-ticket fees. Airlines fare rules, policies and procedures are not in our authority.

    Diversified Journey

    When the clients journey includes more than one airline, he/she must read each airline’s terms and conditions carefully. Every airlines has their own restrictions, rules and fees. If one flight is affected due to the change of another flight, the customer is responsible for that and must agree to pay the additional fees for this incident. Tourjouy Ltd. doesn’t have any control on this fees rather this is completely under control of every airlines. You are responsible for complying with each airline’s terms and conditions, which may differ. Every e-ticket confirmation has outbound and return portion and every clients are advised to print both this portion for all flights prior travelling. The concerned authority may ask to show your return ticket at check in as a proof of your return.

    Cancel and Refund

    All the airline tickets, hotel booking, hospital appointment, vacation package, omraj hajj and any other services fees are non-refundable if it is not informed to us prior to midnight of booking. Only email communication is acceptable for the cancellation request. Refund request is accepted only it the following conditions are met:

     Your prayer for cancellation and refund must comply with the fare rules for cancellation and refund.

     You are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing).

     We manage to secure waiver from the suppliers.

    Refund Procedure

    There is no specific time limit for the refund. It is not possible for us make it confirm that how much it will take to complete the whole refund procedure. Once we will receive your cancellation request, we will send you a email confirming that we received your request. This notification doesn’t qualify your for the refund. On the subject of your request, we will communicate with the suppliers informing your concern. We will try to grant a waiver for you from the suppliers based on their rules and regulations. Our services fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are not refundable. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, all suppliers will charge a penalty for refund. This entire process may take 60-90 working days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement. Apart from the airlines and other suppliers refund penalties, Tourjoy Ltd will charge a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per ticket per person basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. Your request for refund is not accepted by the supplier, we will refund your post ticketing service fee.

    Payment Policy

    We accept all Nominated Charge Card or Nominated Co-Branding Charge Card issued in Bangladesh. We also accept international cards from several countries. Cash payment, bKash, Online bank transfer all these methods are also accepted. If the payment is not processed or accepted for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours. Prior to your form of payment being processed and accepted successfully, if there is a change in the price of air fare or any other change, you may be notified of this change and only upon such notification you have the right to either accept or decline this transaction. If you elect to decline this transaction, you will not be charged. In order to provide you with further protection, when certain transactions are determined to be high-risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification gateway team has determined that it's safe to process them. In order to establish validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.

    Delivery Process

    Most tickets are electronic (e-Tickets), however with certain itineraries where an e-Ticket is not available a paper ticket will be issued. If an e-Ticket could not be issued for a particular reservation or if a delivery was being made of another product or service, Tourjoy Ltd. will send the paper ticket, product or service through a secure mode of delivery (a reputable carrier company). Tourjoy Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for the fault of the delivery company. We will attempt to redeliver but do not provide any guarantees for redelivery on time. If you provide an incorrect address, then you may have to pay excess fees to the delivery company for alteration of the address. If an e-Ticket is generated the ticket information will be available on the Site.

    Payment Through Credit/Debit Card

    a. All credit cards must have a verifiable Bangladesh or other country billing address. To see the list of countries where credit cards are accepted, click the drop menu down in the check-out page.

    b. All bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. For hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, bookings are not guaranteed unless you receive a confirmation number by email.

    c. When you submit your credit or debit card for a purchase, we request an authorization for the amount of your anticipated transaction (placing a temporary "hold" on the funds). If for some reason we are unable to confirm your booking, you will not be charged and we will request that such hold be released by your credit or debit card bank; until then, funds subject to the hold will not be available to you for other purposes.

    d. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you within 72 hours. Simply submitting the credit card does not automatically guarantee ticketing.

    e. Tourjoy Ltd. bears no responsibility in the event your credit or debit card is not approved or charged.

    f. There can be many reasons why your credit or debit card may not have been approved or charged. Examples of these maybe: airline could not confirm the booking, fare increased since payment information was submitted and prior to ticketing; or sufficient funds not available on the credit card. In such instances where the fare may have increased, you will be provided with alternate options and you have the right to cancel the booking at no cost to you. When the booking is ticketed at the cost originally quoted to you the ticket becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

    g. Tourjoy Ltd. uses stringent safety measures for credit card payment processing. Fraudulent transactions, if any, are reported to airport security, airlines and other law enforcement.

    h. You agree to be liable for any and all credit card payments and you agree not to dispute charges after the purchase has been made and your tickets and/or other products have been delivered by email confirmation or have been shipped to you. You agree to reimburse Tourjoy Ltd. in cases of charge back or credit card disputes where you have genuinely purchased a service on our website.

    i. Most credit card transactions over the phone to our Customer Service Department are recorded and are available as evidence in case of any dispute.

    j. Online credit card transactions are authorized at the time a user or anyone acting on their behalf accepts these Terms & Conditions and continues with the purchase.

    k. When certain transactions are determined to be high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined that it's safe to process them. In order to establish validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.

    Card Declines

    If your credit card declines at the time of processing your transaction, we will make all efforts to notify you by email within 72 hours.     Special Request

    The airline authority reserves all the rights. Any requests from the clients regarding seats, meals etc. are subject to the availability. It is not guaranteed that your request will be accepted. After receiving the request form you we will communicate with the suppliers. If the requested facility is available, we you provide the service to the client taking permission from the suppliers.

    Policy for the Belongings

    An additional fee will be charged if you have any excess baggage. A certain carrying limit is permitted for each person. After that limit, if the person carries more baggage, he/she will have to pay more fees. To find the additional weight baggage fees for each airline, please visit our Booked Airline page. These fees are to be paid directly to airline upon using such service. We make an effort to keep the baggage fees table updated but we recommend you contact the airline directly for the latest fees on check baggage and policy as it relates to baggage.

    Belongings Policy for Connecting Flights

    When there are two or more airlines involved for connecting flights, you may have to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue your journey. In these cases, if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline.

    Schedule Changes

    A schedule change is any modification to your flight's schedule prior to the date of departure. Due to the operational needs of each airline they often make changes to the flights they operate. These changes can range from a one minute delay all the way up to a completely canceled flight. Types of changes could be: flight number changes, time changes, routing, date changes and or cancellations. Cancellations include when an airline has stopped or temporarily canceled service to certain cities, or stopped service on certain days of the week. Schedule change or cancellation may occur due to peak or high travel seasons, low travel season, airport terminal or gate changes, fuel prices, civil unrest, natural disasters, bankruptcy.

    We make every attempt to notify the customer of any schedule changes. It is always best to contact the airline to reconfirm you flights within 72 hours of departure.

    Customers Obligations

    It is always important for the customer to reconfirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, especially if they are already traveling. You should periodically check emails for updates regarding flight schedules and respond in a timely manner.

    Policy for Unaccompanied Minor

    We do not sell ticket to the unaccompanied minor’s age under 18. For the under aged persons different airline authority has their own policies. Most of the airlines do not allow unaccompanied Childs without adult supervision. Please check with the airline directly for minor age requirements, as the following items may change:

     Some airlines may not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult.

     Some airlines will only allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights.

     Many airlines may require additional fees to be paid at check-in.

    Entry Requirements

    Travel documents like entry visa, transit visa etc, are necessary to bring with the customers. They are advised to carry all these documents. Without these documents, you may get denied from entering into the desired country and Tourjoy Ltd. will not be liable for that. Moreover, carrying all these documents doesn’t guarantee the entrance to the country of the destination. Traveler must understands that Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t accepts any responsibility for determining passenger's eligibility to enter or transit through any specific country. Information, if any, given by Tourjoy Ltd.’s employees must be verified with government authorities. Such information does not imply responsibility on Tourjoy Ltd. behalf.

    Issues Regarding Errors in Ticket Processing

    Tourjoy Ltd. doesn’t take any responsible for any tickets that could not be processed due to inaccurate and/or incomplete verification of credit card information, and/or credit card decline and/or due to technical glitches. Airlines fare may change prior to the completion of ticketing process in extremely rare cases, in sych situation, Tourjoy Ltd. reserves the rights to notify you of any fare changes within three business days. However, for any fare changes up to 1000 BDT of the new fare (after a ticket processing error or issue only has occurred), we will absorb the difference of the fare. In the event that your original flights cannot be honored, Tourjoy Ltd. will make every effort to provide alternative flight/fare options. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will send an e-mail advising you of the cancellation and this will serve as final notification. Tourjoy Ltd. will not be responsible for any fare increase and you have the right to cancel the booking at no cost to you in these cases. All fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.

    Unintentional Mistakes

    Tourjoy Ltd. is responsible for any mistakes in the booking process done by any of our agents. we shall make reasonable attempts to rectify these errors at the time of occurrence. In such situation we are committed to compensate up to a maximum of the entire service fees that we have collected for that booking. The clients must notify us of errors within 24 hours of receiving the itinerary. Tourjoy is not responsible for any notification after 24 hours.

    Re-Affirmation

    The customers should review and reconfirm the names, dates, flight numbers, airlines and routing including all airport changes. You are requested to communicate with the customer service agents if you find any discrepancy in the itinerary. We shall take it as your acceptance if you fail to contact with us within 4 hours of completing the booking.

    Hotels

    Flight + Hotel Booking Guarantee

    If Tourjoy.com was used to book both a flight ticket and a hotel and you are unable to check in to your hotel due to an involuntary flight change, the hotel booking can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is submitted by 23:59 (hotel's local time) on the day of check-in.

    Room Availability Guarantee

    Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, if the room you booked becomes unavailable after the booking was confirmed by Tourjoy.com or upon your arrival at the hotel to check in, Tourjoy.com will coordinate with the hotel to arrange an alternative room of the same quality or even higher for you. If there are no rooms available in the hotel, Tourjoy.com will endeavor to help the customer book a similar hotel nearby.

    Please kindly note that you may need to incur the cost of alternative room/hotel first but we will reimburse you subject to this Room Availability Guarantee. Please retain all relevant receipts, invoices, and bills as these will be required for proof of your incurred costs. Tourjoy.com will investigate all incidents and contact you about reimbursement under this Room Availability Guarantee within 1 working day after your check-out date.

    Room Availability Guarantee Terms and Conditions

    1. Please contact Tourjoy.com immediately if the hotel has no rooms available on your arrival. If you make your own arrangements without contacting Tourjoy.com, or choose not to take a solution provided by Tourjoy.com, you forfeit your rights under Tourjoy.com’s Room Availability Guarantee.

    2. The Room Availability Guarantee will not apply in the following circumstances:

     Failure to arrive at the hotel on time or at all.

     Where a customer changes the check-in date, room type, or other booking details without confirmation from Tourjoy.com.

     If Tourjoy.com or the hotel has already offered a free upgrade or equal alternative to the original booking.

     Failure to provide the documentation required for check-in.

     Failure to check-in due to circumstances that are not within the control of Tourjoy.com (such as a Force Majeure Event), or which are not the fault of Tourjoy.com or Tourjoy.com's suppliers.

     Where the booking has not been confirmed by Tourjoy.com.

     Payment failure (prepaid bookings only).

     Bookings which were made illegally, in bad faith or under circumstances with high security risks; including but not limited to bookings made maliciously by competitors, use of unverified payment methods or accounts, or any other circumstances which Tourjoy.com (in its sole opinion) deems to constitute a security risk.
